In this role, you will:

Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
Thinking together with the customer to create solutions that create business value.
Identify and document requirements.
Map business processes.
Propose solutions that are aligned with business objectives and are technically feasible.
Describe use cases and user stories.

We expect you to have:

At least 2 years previous experience as a business analyst.
Very good knowledge of Estonian and English, both spoken and written.
University degree (or equivalent).
The ability to remain balanced in difficult situations.
The ability to analyse problems, their root causes and explain them to the client.
