Protecting personal data is very important to us, and we take it very seriously. Key employees of Trinidad Wiseman have completed European data protection regulation (GDPR) training, and our development principles comply with privacy by design and default and best information security practices.

Our activities comply with all relevant actions and corresponding European Union legislation and laws of the Republic of Estonia.

In processing personal data, we adhere to applicable laws concerning personal data protection, including the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR") and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act.

The Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Processing

We process personal data for everyday business activities based on legitimate interest to offer products or services that interest, assist, and complement existing solutions.

 

We process data for the following reasons: 

  • for providing services to our customers
  • for improving the user experience of our services and marketing efforts
  • to answer queries and sales requests
  • when organising client events that you have registered to participate in 
  • for recruitment purposes

 

During the recruitment process, we review your CV and/or LinkedIn profile. The contact information therein is used solely to connect with the candidate. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling software in recruitment.

If Trinidad Wiseman provides services to you or your company, or you send us an inquiry through the website's contact form, personal data processing will also occur, during which sharing personal data with us is necessary.

We process client data for the preparation, conclusion, and execution of customer contracts and offers. Therefore, we may process personal data, such as company representative names, contact details, and job positions.

We store personal data collected from inquiries as long as the signed customer contract is valid. If the customer contract is not signed, personal data is stored only for statistical purposes and for a limited time. We have a legitimate interest (GDPR Art 6(1)(f)) in sending marketing communications (such as invitations to client events) to maintain a business relationship with our clients. Accounting-related data is retained according to applicable law.

We use Pipedrive's customer management system to maintain sales contacts, where data security is assured. Access to Pipedrive is only for company executives, and its privacy policy can be found at https://www.pipedrive.com/en/privacy.

The legal basis for such processing of personal data is processing necessary for the performance of a contract with the data subject, or the use of pre-contractual measures as per the data subject's request (GDPR Art 6(1)(b)).

The server hosting our websites www.twn.ee and atlassian.twn.ee may record queries you make to the server (the web address you open, the web browser and device you use, IP address, access time, etc.). These data are used solely for technical purposes, i.e., to ensure the proper functioning and security of the website and to investigate possible security incidents.
