Bondora decided to migrate from Asana to Jira to enhance team collaboration, improve workflow transparency, and consolidate development, business, and support processes into a single environment. The goal was to bring all teams under one platform, increase process visibility, and support large-scale planning.
Jira was first introduced to development teams and later expanded to include marketing, HR, customer service, finance, and other support teams. Each team’s documentation tasks, rights and workflows were structured within Confluence. During the migration from Asana to Jira, we created JQL-based views, configured automation rules, and designed dashboards for efficient management. Ticket flows were customised based on team needs — including shared workflows, validation rules, and templates.
Zendesk was integrated with Jira to improve collaboration between customer service and product development. We also implemented Xporter and Deep Clone for added functionality. In addition to end-user and administrator training, we provided onboarding support to help the organisation quickly adapt to the new system.
