Making information exchange and project management more efficient with Atlassian tools

The project involved implementing software for managing production processes and developing an intranet. Together, these solutions support project management, stakeholder request handling, work overview and document management.

The work began with mapping the full production process by department. Based on this, a solution concept was developed and tested in the working environment. The final solution included automations for creating different work tasks, followed by design, implementation support, user training and consultation.

The intranet was created to make internal communication more efficient. The process started with a workshop to identify the main bottlenecks in the company’s information flow, followed by prototyping, testing and final design.

Invaru’s intranet was built on the Atlassian Confluence platform to consolidate fragmented information into a single environment, improve internal communication, and support the daily work of approximately 80 employees.

The process included extensive user research, workshops, and mapping of user needs and intranet structure, along with visual design aligned with the company’s CVI. In addition, we developed a navigation logic, design system, and conducted user testing. Invaru’s employees actively participated in every stage of the process – this ensured a solution that is truly user-friendly, functional, and relevant to their daily work.

Enhancing Bondora’s business processes and support functions with Atlassian Jira and Confluence

Bondora decided to migrate from Asana to Jira to enhance team collaboration, improve workflow transparency, and consolidate development, business, and support processes into a single environment. The goal was to bring all teams under one platform, increase process visibility, and support large-scale planning.

Jira was first introduced to development teams and later expanded to include marketing, HR, customer service, finance, and other support teams. Each team’s documentation tasks, rights and workflows were structured within Confluence. During the migration from Asana to Jira, we created JQL-based views, configured automation rules, and designed dashboards for efficient management. Ticket flows were customised based on team needs — including shared workflows, validation rules, and templates.

Zendesk was integrated with Jira to improve collaboration between customer service and product development. We also implemented Xporter and Deep Clone for added functionality. In addition to end-user and administrator training, we provided onboarding support to help the organisation quickly adapt to the new system.

Implementation of Atlassian Jira Service Management for the Ministry of Education and Research’s support service

The Ministry of Education and Research (HTM) implemented Jira Service Management to replace its previous request tracking system (Request Tracker), increasing transparency and collaboration between development teams. The implementation was part of a broader initiative to develop HTM’s ICT service portfolio, aiming to improve issue management, automate processes, and provide better support for education, research, and cultural institutions.

We began by mapping existing processes and request types in cooperation with HTM’s support teams. Based on this, we configured the Jira Service Management environment, tailored the solution to the services in scope, and set up workflows, user permissions, and automation rules. We also supported the handling of requests received via email and phone by implementing the Email This Issue add-on. End users were involved throughout the process, and we designed custom dashboards and queue views based on their input. The focus was on ensuring a seamless transition from existing processes to the new environment while maintaining a high level of usability.
