Trainings and workshops

Based on the challenges the organisation is facing, we will put together a workshop programme based on design thinking principles, where learning will mostly be done via a hands-on method while working on the actual problem. Practical and busy service design and user experience workshops are an excellent opportunity to practice cross-team cooperation and the inclusion of different parties.

This practical prototyping and web design workshop is based on the organisation’s needs and the participants’ level. We will look at the theoretical part of designing user experience and prepare tasks that allow participants to apply that knowledge in their work. Participants can independently create user interface prototypes using Figma and engage in the design process.

We conduct digital accessibility and inclusive design workshops based on the organisation’s needs. We offer general workshops for design teams and content creators, more technical workshops for development teams, and consultations for improving your company’s digital accessibility.

Our development team will gladly share their experience and knowledge on creating online environments in Drupal, what the agile development methodology looks like, and what to pay attention to during software testing.

In cooperation with the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications, we conducted a training cycle for public sector and local government employees with the goal of providing them with the knowledge and practical skills on how to create or improve digital services by taking the users’ needs into account.

The training programme consisted of five intensive training days and homework. Each team came in with a specific problem or idea and then worked on it, using the design thinking framework, from defining the problem to creating a prototype for the solution.

In cooperation with the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications, we conducted a training cycle for the employees of Estonian libraries and local governments with the goal of improving the digital competencies of librarians and to provide them with the prerequisites for providing digital consultancy services in their communities.

The training programme consisted of four training days and homeworks. The librarians had to define their role in helping to strengthen Estonia as an e-country, point out existing bottlenecks and find solutions for them by following the different steps of service design principles and using its tools.
