In this role, you will:

be like a psychologist - explore people's behaviour.
be like a detective – gather requirements, map, and analyse business processes and systems.
bring order by preparing development specifications, designing application structures, and managing software requirement changes.
estimate the volume and cost of works and stay attuned to ongoing changes and developments.

We expect you to have:

excellent Estonian and English language skills.
prior experience with large-scale software development projects.
at least 3 years of work experience as a System Analyst.
experience in using modelling tools.
independence in your work.
a higher education degree.
